Prof. Dr. H. Syamsun Ni’am, M.Ag.

Prof. Dr. H. Syamsun Ni’am, M.Ag., a distinguished scholar in Islamic studies, currently holds the position of Professor of Metodologi Studi Islam. Born on February 14, 1973, in Lamongan, he has pursued an illustrious academic journey marked by notable achievements and contributions to the field. Graduating from various renowned institutions including IAIN Sunan Ampel di Tulungagung and UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Ni’am has demonstrated a deep commitment to advancing Islamic knowledge and scholarship. Prof. Ni’am currently serving as the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, a role to which he was appointed on November 19, 2023.

With a penchant for literary endeavors, Prof. Ni’am has authored several impactful books, including “Jangan Abaikan Do’a Orang Tua” (2020) and “Tasawuf Kebinekaan di Nusantara,” (2023) showcasing his expertise in diverse aspects of Islamic discourse.
