Tulungagung — Ma’had Al-Jami’ah Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University (UIN SATU Tulungagung) held a Working Meeting at the Crown Victoria Hotel Tulungagung on Wednesday to Thursday (21-23/02/2024). Opened by the Rector of UIN SATU Tulungagung, Abd Aziz, the opening of this event was also attended by the Deputy Chancellor III, Syamsun Ni’am, Mudir Ma’had Al-Jami’ah, KH Zuhri, as well as the Deans of UIN SATU Tulungagung, the Head of the Institution, Central business. Also present were all murabbi ranks, representatives of partner institution coordinators, and Al-Jami’ah musyrifah ma’had.

On this occasion, the Rector of UIN SATU Tulungagung in his briefing expressed his appreciation for the performance of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah. He also emphasized that what had been achieved by Ma’had Al-Jami’ah, which at least until now had become one of the PTKIN mahad models, was the result of “bloody” hard work. However, he also emphasized the importance of evaluation for the future improvement of Ma’had.

The Chancellor also hopes that this working meeting will be able to find strategies for improving Ma’had services in the future.

“I hope that from this working meeting strategies can be found to improve ma’had services,” hoped the Rector.

He also hopes that in the future from this working meeting new innovations will emerge, but they will still be measurable.
“I hope that innovation will emerge from Ma’had but will still be measurable,” he added.

Apart from that, the Rector also emphasized the importance of contributions from asatidz to further promote the institution’s broadcast. He hopes that later these various broadcasts can be uploaded on social media. In this way, the big hope is that the echo of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah as a campus for da’wah and civilization can increasingly be felt by the wider community.

He also appealed to create written works such as “sermon books” written by asatidz with the cover of Madin UIN teacher Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.

“We ask the Ma’had kiai to make at least a sermon book,” he stressed.

All these forms of innovation are important to further strengthen and enlarge the name of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung as a campus for da’wah and civilization.

Meanwhile, Mudir Ma’had Al-Jami’ah, KH Zuhri, delivered a report on activities that would later be carried out at this working meeting. He also hopes that in the future there will be positive input from this working meeting for the future progress of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah. (Mahad PR team)
